Anne was born to artists in mid-60's Paris and grew up amongst art dealers. Experiencing both sides early on made her aware of the peculiar play of polarized energies. It showed her that there are almost always alternate images and narratives behind and beyond what is first offered to the eyes. It taught her to observe what she calls the Alchemy of Seeing and Being Seen. This process lies at the core of her creative process.

She believes that any expression authentically anchored in the noble triad of the heart, mind, and hands is an act of artistry. When such configuration occurs, works of Art can become portals toward Beauty beyond the veil.
